In order to promote the theme,rich cultural life of the people in our city.After studying by the City Photographers Association  and agrees by the Propaganda Department of Party ,it is decided to hold Guigang Photographers Photo Exhibition 2011 Spring Exhibition
1、Photography Exhibition Theme
Enthusiastically eulogize the Party's enriching policies ,Praise people's good life, express a new look of urban and rural and the country beautiful scenery.

Photography exhibition will selecte100 works，selected works can achieve certificate and 100 yuan.

4、Manuscript collection requirements
The creation is not limited on time,subject,the location ,color,black and white.Declined to provide works Created by company synthesis or changed of the original image,photo shall not use computers or traditional darkroom tecniques for synthesis, add, delete, change the color significantly and other technical treatment ,except of brightness, contrast, color saturation adjustment and composition modest cut.Proposed to use RAW format if you were shooting by digital camera.Decline group photos, and Guigang previous prize-winning photography, or selected works
5、Manuscript delivery methods
1）Works specifications: standard rectangular long side work no more than 10 inches (25 cm); square works as 8 inches × 8 inches (20 cm * 20 cm); shaped work area does not exceed 80 square inches。All work shall not be allowed to select in mounting，pasted work table on the back of each painting , and fill in the content. Contributions do not charge any fees and no rejection, please retent the papers
2）Selected works, the Organizing Committee will adjust the end of a unified picture for the production of the exhibition.after be noticed,author must be sure to send the Adjusted digital photo electronic documents to the Organizing Committee in the specified time ,Who fails to send will be as treated as giving up
3）This activities No charge and rejection.for all Works into the exhibition, organizers have right to publish pictures, exhibitions, publicity related to use, and no longer pay royalties

Contributors should ensure that it is the author of the submitted work  and the works of independent and complete copyright;contributors should ensure their submited work non-infringement of third party, including copyright, image rights, reputation, privacy, etc.Where the guarantee fall led to Related disputes,all the legal responsibilities borne by the contributor .

Contributors are Deemed to agree and comply with the above article. once discovered the works do not meet the requirements,it will be canceled the qualifications for exhibition and published in the media,in serious cases will be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions.
